Charlie is a provider for CHAMPUS Standard, Prime and Extra, Medicare, United Behavioral Health (UBH), Managed Health Network, Aetna, Blue Shield, PacifiCare, and Magellan. If you have a PPO, it may cover a portion for out-of-network providers. Your employee assistance program may also provide some benefits. At the time of service, she will collect your copay and bill your insurance for you.

FREE treatment is available for problem gamblers and their significant others. As a California Authorized Treatment Provider and Supervisor for problem gamblers and affected others, Dr. Charlie Hoar can offer short-term (8-16 sessions) State-funded treatment. Please contact her for details.
